- February is not a time for sadness, because it is in February that nature says goodbye to winter, and we all look forward to spring. Start a diary “The Approach of Spring.”
- If December and January were filled with the bustle of everyday life, it’s time to have fun in a way that can only be done in winter. Ride a hill, go skiing or go to an ice skating rink.
- February is the time for evening tea. You can even have a family tea party and remember the events that happened in December and January.
- Come up with an interesting marathon for yourself. A baking marathon, a marathon of cozy deeds, good deeds. This is a very good mood lifter.
- Start reading a new book that has a lot of beautiful descriptions. As you read, highlight them so that you can read and think about the beauty later.
- Find original recipes for delicious pancakes.
- Make a list of magical February music.
- Watch how the day grows longer each time. Feel goodbye to winter.
- But spring is very close. Go to the forest to feel its approach in the smell and movement of all nature.
- Don’t be sad under any circumstances. If you feel very sad, sit at the table in front of a blank sheet of paper and write 5 things that inspire you right now. Think about it, is it worth being sad at all?
- Walk a lot. You can do it with friends, or you can do it alone with your thoughts.
- Buy a new thing for spring and look forward to the opportunity to “walk” it.
- Come up with a new hobby. Start knitting, drawing, sewing. This really helps to tune into inner harmony.
- Start growing flowers or tasty healthy greens on the windowsill.
- Learn to smile at the sun. Life is Beautiful.
